It is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that persons sex. Harassment can include sexual harassment or unwished sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and additional verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. During the 2016 legislative session, GA act 35-1-2 passed.
